COVID-19 - How we are working

Hello,

I hope you and your families are keeping safe and well?  I just wanted to give you a quick update about what I'm doing here at Clarence and Alabama, and answer some questions you might have. Thanks Amy x

How are you operating at the moment?

It is just me (Amy) packing orders, printing labels, receiving deliveries and processing returns. All my stock is in my office which is at the end of our garden!  I am being extremely careful with hygiene and thoroughly cleaning everyday. 

How can I get in touch?

You can contact me via amy@clarenceandalabama.co.uk I try to respond as soon as possible between the hours of 8-6pm but I also look after my three children so there might be a delay sometimes.

Are you still delivering?

I am sending out my orders with Royal Mail or Hermes. Sometimes I use DHL or UPS if I get a very heavy order.  I post items 5 days a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 

What’s your returns policy?

I have now reverted back to my 14 days return policy.  I process returns very quickly.  Unfortunately I can't offer free returns as I simply cannot absorb the cost into my business.  Please be aware that if you need to return an item you will need to cover the cost of the return.  I recommend www.parcel2go.com a great website to arrange labels and even collections right from you door from as little as £3.62

What’s your exchange policy?

You can still exchange items, you just need to let me know on the returns form what you wish to exchange for and I will send out the exchange free of charge

How are you making deliveries safe?

The current advice is that it is safe to receive parcels, although we do recommend washing your hands after handling one.
