How to Return
We offer 2 options on how how to return your items
OPTION 1: ARRANGING YOUR OWN RETURN
Please send back your return to our address with the returns form found in the parcel to:

OPTION 2: PRE-PAID LABEL FROM ROYAL MAIL (UK ONLY)
Or you can use our pre-paid label through Royal Mail but please note that we don't offer free returns so £3 will be deducted from your return amount to cover this cost. You are not obliged to use this service

If you can't get to a Post Office location, Royal Mail also offer a parcel home collection service for a small fee, available to you once you have created your free returns label with us. See more information on that here.
Please note: If you've received the confirmation email but cannot see the QR code, this could be down to your email service provider blocking the QR code . Please check your email settings or try again to an alternative email address. (See below for more info on what the QR code will look like.)
If you haven't seen your email from Royal Mail, they are sent from 'firstname.lastname@example.org' and will be titled' Your Royal Mail Tracked Returns label for Clarence & Alabama'.
Please remember to keep your proof of postage receipt and keep hold of it until your refund has been received.
