Returns and Exchange Information
Our policy lasts 14 days. So that means If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must include any original tickets and labels. Please ensure you don't wear deodorant, perfume or anything that could leave a mark/scent when trying on items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you would like a refund on an item please fill out the returns form (sent with the item, if lost please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a new one) and send back the item to 105 St James' Park, Tunbridge Wells TN1 2LQ
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours
Please note that original and return postage costs will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you would like to exchange an item please fill out the exchange form (sent with the item, if lost please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a new one) and send back the item to 105 St James Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 2LQ. Once your item is ready to dispatch a payment request will be sent to you to cover the postage of the replacement. (Unless exchanging due to faulty, damaged or incorrect items). If the item you are exchanging for is for sale at less than the price of your original item then the difference will be refunded via the original payment method. If the item you are exchanging for is for sale at more than the price of the original item then a payment request will be sent to you and will need to be paid before the item is dispatched
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 105 St James Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 2LQ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility or liability for returns lost in transit, it is your responsibility to ensure arrival.
