What is the return policy?

We offer a no quibble returns policy.  You have 14 days after you have received your order to post your item(s) back to us and we will process as soon as possible

How do I return an order?

Please fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and post back the item(s) to our returns address.  Please click here to download a copy of our returns & exchange form

Do you offer free returns?

No, unfortunately we can't offer this at the moment.  We are a small business and can't afford to do this yet but would love to offer this in the future.  In the mean time did you know that if you pay via PayPal you can claim your return postage back?

What are the shipping options?

  • DELIVERY OPTIONS

    Standard Delivery |3-5 Days | £3.95

    Faster Delivery | 1-3 Days | £4.95

    DELIVERY CARRIERS

    Standard shipping orders will be delivered with either Hermes or Royal Mail. Faster shipping will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes you can and we don't charge for exchanges within the UK

When will I receive my order?

I send all out items 1st or 2nd class post. If you are in UK you will usually get your item within 24/48 hours of dispatch.  I dispatch daily so if I get your order before 3pm it will most likely go out the same day


What do I do if I received a defective order?

We try to check each item before we send it to you but sometimes there can be a fault that we didn't spot.  If this happens please contact amy@clarenceandalabama.co.uk and we will exchange it straight away or refund if we don't have the replacement in stock.  We will of course reimburse any lost postage costs for faulty/incorrect orders

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

Sometimes we make mistakes and we understand this is very frustrating and you might be feeling very cross.  Please get in touch amy@clarenceandalabama.co.uk  and we will sort out as soon as we can.  Please bare in mind that we are human with feelings so even if you are upset a polite note would be appreciated. 


How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Where are you located? Can I collect an order?

We are based in Folkestone, Kent UK - We run the business from our home address.  If you would like to collect an order this can be arranged please email amy@clarenceandalabama.co.uk

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Unfortunately sizes can vary greatly depending on the brands.  They all cut their clothing differently and some even label differently. E.G most brands start from XS-8 but some label that as a UK 6.  We add each size chart to each item and we also give our own fit advice in the description.  If you have any queries at all please email amy@clarenceandalabama.co.uk as we can measure items for you and give you fit advice

How do you package my order?

We are trying to cut down on different packing materials but also try and ensure your order arrives safe and sound.

1. Acid free tissue paper (recyclable & FSC approved)

2. Paper mailing bags which are recyclable or recyclable cardboard boxes
